My clients

People in so called „middle management positions“ often play a key role for companies.
At this seniority-level, managers are highly involved in the day-to-day running of their department, whilst having to lead their teams and implement strategic decisions of the top management. This is a complex challenge – and one that represents an immense opportunity to explore potential and develop competencies for future senior leaders.

My focus

People in middle management positions often have completed numerous „off the shelf“ management trainings. For their continued development it is then increasingly important to have the opportunity to individually reflect on

  • Taking on new leadership challenges and successfully master these
  • Expanding senior people-managing skills
  • Positioning themselves as active leaders in the organization
  • Leading their teams through change and conflict with ease and determination
  • Dealing with one’s own resources responsibly

Additional focus, based on my own experience working abroad:

  • Coaching of Expatriates (departure, on-boarding in new role, return…)

My methodology

As a coach I am a sparring-partner who supports and helps move into action – neutral, critical and non-judgmental.

The method is Co-Active® Coaching which

  • Opens the space for effective communication
  • Brings together left-brain thinking competencies and right brain creativity to motivate changes in behavior from within
  • Targets thinking patterns that block innovation and personal development
  • Develops a collaborative leadership style, based on encouragement and trust

My coaching approach is based on the highest international standards concerning content, methodology and ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Coaching sessions may take place in our Frankfurt office or at our clients. Clients outside of the Rhine-Main area may use my service via phone or skype.
